4 weeks to a happier & healthier life is a Remote Health & Life Coaching Program designed to empower women in their 20’s-30’s who:

Stop overwhelming yourself! Living a happy and healthy life is a lot simpler then you may think. People tend to overcomplicate things by second-guessing themselves about any and everything. Unravel your obstacles and learn how to change them. Learn how to simplify your thoughts, create new habits, get a better understanding of nutrition and what foods work for you. Incorporate daily movements and empower your soul. By making a commitment to yourself, you can lead a much more fulfilling life.

That’s right, we don’t want to give you a fish (read: meal plan, training plan, etc.). Instead we want to TEACH you how to fish (read: how to eat, how to exercise, how to deal with stress, get better sleep, etc). We will COACH you and be with you during these 4 weeks and make sure you understand the process. It is designed to make you stronger mentally and physically, happier and healthier and most of all: To help you find the strength within yourself to be your own superhero!


We will be working exclusively with one group at a time during these 4 weeks. Enrollment for our program will only be open the week before the program actually starts. As your coaches we are going to dig deep so we can get to know you on a more profound and personal level. Our program is based on our 4 Core Pillars and they are divided between these 4 weeks. Week 1 we are focusing on the most important pillar: Mental Health. The rest of the weeks we are adding another pillar to work with. So in other words, its going to look like this:

Week 2. Mental Health - Nutrition

Week 3. Mental Health - Nutrition - Movement

Week 4. Mental Health - Nutrition - Movement - Rest

We believe that by starting with 1 of our core pillars and gradually adding another one each week, will make this program more sustainable for you and more likely for you to succeed!


You will get access to a wealth of knowledge that we have learned and developed with a combined 20+ years of experience. Our knowledge comes from education through different professional courses and by implementing the things we learn into our lives to optimize our own body and mind. By dedicating countless hours and investing the necessary time and money, we are confident that our knowledge will provide us with the opportunity to enrich your life in the best possible way.

Our goal is to provide you with whatever you need in your life to be happy and healthy. We want to provide you with the tools and resources you will need to help you improve your life and daily routines. Examples include how to move better, if movement is your problem. How to eat better, if eating is your problem. How to sleep better, if sleeping is your problem. All these factors lead up to one of the most critical components in your wellbeing; how to de-stress. The end result is to provide you with guidance on how all of these things are fundamental to your optimal health.

Lastly but most important: You are investing in two people that have an intense passion to help you find and create the best version of yourself, both mentally and physically.
